InfraStress first workshop will be held on September 20, 2019 in Naples, Italy in the context of the 15th European Dependable Computing Conference (EDCC 2019).

EDCC is a leading venue for presenting and discussing the latest research, industrial practice and innovations in dependable and secure computing. In this context, this workshop constitutes a great opportunity to start an ongoing dialogue and open consultations with stakeholders.

 

The workshop will address the current fragmentation of available security solutions and technologies, towards the implementation of integrated frameworks including cyber and physical threat detection, integrated cyber-physical situational awareness, threat intelligence, and innovative methodologies for resilience assessment. The workshop will take a user-driven approach by including presentation from operators of plants and sites. This will provide a unique opportunity for gathering requirements and ultimately steer technical activities. The discussion will also cover issues related to improving the TRL of current solutions - to favour adoption in real setups - as well as its socio-economic impacts. This will enrich the research with a strong business vision, and thus pave the way to effective exploitation actions on the go-to-market path.
